StupeFlix gives users a better way to present personal and professional videos and slide shows online. The application doesn’t just give users a place to post videos and images; it actually helps them improve the presentation. Users can select stylish themes and HD quality videos to share through StupeFlix.
The StupeFlix website welcomes users with a nice and clean site design. The homepage features a collection of example pages (stacked like post cards on the page). The user enjoys a great deal of open space that adds to the overall organization of the site. The tools are very easy to use so that anyone can edit and post their favorite videos or image slide shows.
Users can begin the first steps of posting their own StupeFlix video by clicking the blue “Make a free video” button found along the left hand side of the homepage. Next, the user can select from one of six themes, including seasonal themes and more. A pop up box confirms the user’s selection. They must click the blue “Make a video” button in the bottom, right hand corner of the box. Next the user can begin adding images or click the blue “Create a StupeFlix Account” link at the top, right hand corner of the page. The user must select their membership type to continue. The account registration form requires a first and last name, email address, password and optional website URL and company name.
StupeFlix gives users five membership plans to choose from. The first is a free Basic membership which includes no branding options, personal licensing, about $3 per high quality video and about $5 per high definition video. The Personal upgraded plan costs around $30 per year and includes free unlimited high quality videos and the same price for high definition videos. The Personal HD membership costs about $50 per year and upgrades to unlimited high definition videos. The Pro membership costs around $300 per year and includes branding features and commercial licensing. The Reseller account costs around $500 per year and gives the user reseller licensing.
StupeFlix is a great tool for almost anyone who wants to post videos or images online. The five membership options make StupeFlix a possible option for individuals posting personal videos as well as professionals who want to market through videos or resell their videos and photos.
